F1How many packaging structures and layers can we process?
The platform is designed to accommodate hundreds of raw materials and thousands of packaging structures. Onboarding is typically conducted via your ERP system, supplemented by key supplier specifications and migration studies. The baseline database is fully operational within the first two weeks.
F2How do you handle the PPWR, which is currently evolving rapidly?
Auto-Pilot Monitoring tracks all PPWR publications, delegated acts and implementing standards. On changes, the platform immediately detects which of your structures are affected.
F3Can we store migration studies and heavy-metal analyses directly?
Yes. Per raw material and per structure you can store studies, validity dates and sources. On expiry or new thresholds the platform reminds you, and you commission re-tests in good time.
F4We supply to brand owners who each send their own compliance questionnaires. Is this process automated?
Yes. Brand owner questionnaires are imported as Excel, PDF, or via portals, which then maps each question to a specific data point in your database, returning the completed document in its original layout.
F5How do you handle food-contact compliance under EU 10/2011?
For each setup and shift, you define the permitted food categories, migration studies, and limit values. Upon request, compliance is automatically verified, and the declaration of compliance is issued in the correct format.
F6How are you addressing the growing trend towards mono-materials and recycled content quotas?
Per structure the platform detects which layers are mono-material capable and which recyclate share is on record. For PPWR requirements the structures are classified into recyclability classes.
F7How do you differ from a pure compliance data service?
We don't supply data about your supply chain. We build you the tool to master your own supply chain. Your database stays with you, hosted in Germany.
F8Does our database stay with us?
Yes. Your database is hosted in Germany (Frankfurt) within a dedicated tenant environment, in full compliance with GDPR and structured according to SOC 2 standards. Upon request, we can deploy the platform entirely within your own cloud infrastructure or on-premises.
