F1Where does our data live, and do you train your models on it?
Your data lives in the EU, and we do not train our models on your content. Your component bills of materials and material records stay in your own environment, GDPR-compliant. We clarify your security and IT requirements before the start and shape the setup around them.
F2Do you offer an on-premise or private deployment option?
Yes. Alongside EU hosting, we work out the deployment option that fits your data-security requirements together, up to a fully private environment. We define exactly what you need up front.
F3How do you prevent hallucinations, and how reliable are the answers?
Every answer traces back to its source declaration, with citable records and a full audit trail. Nothing is invented. The system backs each statement with the underlying supplier declaration, and a human reviews before anything leaves the building.
F4Does a human stay in control before anything goes to a customer?
Yes. turnus.ai prepares answers, backs them with sources, and puts them in front of you for approval. You decide what actually reaches the customer. The sign-off always stays with you.
F5What if our data is spread across many systems, such as ERP, Excel, and legacy systems?
That is the norm, and it is exactly what turnus.ai is built for. We bring your scattered component and material data from ERP, spreadsheets, and legacy systems together into one searchable base. You do not need to unify your systems first.
F6How much effort does setup take, and do we need clean data first?
We offer data buildup as a service together with you, so you do not have to start with perfectly tidy data. The software is intuitive and self-explanatory, and we train all new users on request.
F7What happens when suppliers send generic answers or their own forms?
No problem. Our system reads and processes your suppliers' responses in every format, whether a generic reply, a PDF, their own form, or free text. turnus.ai extracts the relevant details and maps them to your database.
F8Do you file the regulatory notifications for us?
You file the notification with the authorities yourself, because you remain legally responsible. turnus.ai gathers and maintains the required SVHC data per component and provides it to you in an organised, traceable form.
