Efficient Email Automation: Sending ISO Certificates, Code of Conduct, and More with AI and make.com

Aktualisierungen
In many companies, emails pile up daily from customers requesting documents such as human rights policies, codes of conduct, or REACH and RoHS declarations. Although this information is often already available on the company website, customers still frequently request direct delivery via email. For customer success managers or environmental officers, this means manually searching for and sending the requested documents, which consumes valuable time.
In our video, we demonstrate how to automate this process in just a few steps.
Email Automation with make.com and AI
How it works:
Link Email Account: Connect your email account (e.g. Outlook or Gmail) with make.com to capture incoming requests.
Analyse Requests: An LLM of your choice (e.g. from Anthropic or OpenAI) analyses the content of the emails and identifies which documents are being requested.
Search Documents: The required files are automatically searched for within your Google Drive, SharePoint, or Teams environment.
Send Response: The identified documents are attached to an email and sent directly back to the customer.
What are the benefits?
Time Savings: Automated processes significantly reduce manual effort.
Increased Efficiency: Faster response times enhance customer satisfaction.
Error Reduction: Automation minimises the risk of human error.
