Analyse Requests: An LLM of your choice (such as from Anthropic or OpenAI) analyses the content of the emails and identifies which documents are being requested.
Locate Documents: The necessary files are automatically searched for in your Google Drive, SharePoint, or Teams environment.
Send Response: The located documents are attached to an email and sent directly back to the customer.
