We operate the website http://www.turnus.ai (the "Website") as well as all other associated products and services that refer to or link to these legal terms (the "Legal Terms") (collectively, the "Services").
With turnus.ai, you can process sustainability inquiries efficiently and automatically. Our services are exclusively targeted at business customers (B2B). Individuals are excluded from use.

1. OUR SERVICES
turnus.ai GmbH offers turnus.ai, an AI-based software solution that helps companies efficiently handle sustainability and compliance inquiries. The services include:
1. Automated document analysis and processing: Our AI technology extracts, analyzes, and answers questions, especially in the context of ESG regulations.
2. Workflow optimization: The software reduces manual efforts and increases efficiency through automated processes.
3. Compliance support: turnus.ai helps companies meet current sustainability standards and demonstrate their implementation.
Paid 30-day trial period
Services may be used as part of a paid 30-day trial period ("Trial Period"). A one-time fee according to the service agreement between the parties is required. The Trial Period ends automatically after 30 days without automatic renewal. After expiration, the customer can subscribe according to section 6.
Disclaimer
● Accuracy of results: The analyses and responses provided by the software are based on the data provided. Complete accuracy or error-freeness cannot be guaranteed.
● Usage limitations: Users may not upload illegal or confidential content that violates applicable laws. The responsibility for the contributed data lies solely with the user.
Availability
We aim for maximum availability of the Services but cannot guarantee uninterrupted usage. Maintenance work or technical disruptions, in particular, may lead to restrictions.
2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
Company ownership
All content, technologies, designs, databases, and trademarks provided as part of the Services by turnus.ai are the exclusive property of turnus.ai GmbH or its licensors. These are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.
Customer usage rights
Customers receive a non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Services for the contractually agreed purposes. This license does not entitle customers to:
● Copy or reproduce the content;
● Modify, reverse engineer, or edit;
● Make publicly accessible or distribute;
● Use for purposes other than those provided for in the contract.
Consequences of violations
A violation of these regulations leads to the immediate termination of usage rights. Additionally, turnus.ai GmbH reserves the right to initiate legal actions.
CUSTOMER PROPERTY RIGHTS
Ownership of customer data
All data that customers upload into the turnus.ai software remains the exclusive property of the customers. turnus.ai does not claim any intellectual property rights over these data.
License to process
Customers grant turnus.ai a limited license to process the uploaded data exclusively for performing the contractually agreed services.
Confidentiality and protection
turnus.ai undertakes to treat customer data confidentially and not to use it for purposes other than the agreed services. Disclosure to third parties only occurs if required by law or expressly agreed by the customer.
Customer responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the uploaded data do not infringe third-party rights and do not violate applicable laws. In case of violations, the customer bears sole liability.
Your use of our services
Registration process
Registration is required to use the Services. The following data must be provided:
